Beat Box adult classes are designed to feel energetic, welcoming and easy to join, whether you already love dance or you have never taken a dance fitness class before.
There is no pressure to perform and no expectation that you already know the routines. The focus is music, movement, wellbeing, confidence and enjoying exercise in a welcoming community.

Your first visit to Beat Box is free, so you can see how the class feels. If you then want to try additional class types, the normal trial payment applies to those extra sessions.

Do I need dance experience?
No. Adult classes are for all abilities. You can join without dance experience and work at the level that feels right for you.
What does “first FREE visit” mean?
Your first session with Beat Box is free. If you decide you would also like to try other class types afterwards, the normal trial payment applies to those additional sessions.
Do I have to join the social events?
Not at all. Social gatherings are simply an extra option for anyone who enjoys that side of the community.
